Well done, but the chaps over on the Sevenoaks MC forum are not your best buddies at the moment then.

They are having a bit of a moan that your 205 isn't completely to A0 rules.

Might be worth making sure that its 100% to the regs for the next one as they were saying they were going to protest :o :o

Ahh indeed as i've just spotted, but for some reason cannot reply to... :?

:!: Perhaps they should all go and read the regulations then, i called the eligibility scrutineer before deciding which car to use and he said i was fine to use it.

It has Koni oe fitment replacement dampers yes, which are allowed, a cone type filter, again allowed, a strut brace, grey area, despite the belief of it not adding alot to the car it wasn't turned down, the fact it is very low (which makes it handle crap IMO) is again depending on how you interpret the rules, but i'll hopefully have raised it by the next one anyway as i dislike it. Oh, and a magnex back-box, hardly any performance advantage there IMO.

I don't mean to blow my own trumpet, but the last car i used was a 1.6 205, so no wonder this time, a 1.9 was quicker, but i still managed to beat half of the guys that are whinging in that one too, perhaps they're just nit-picking?

Welcome to the forum youngster. Perhaps you should point out your background, day job and experience level to these muppets that are complaining as that's a bigger advantage than any suspension or back boxes

 Haha, cheers Stuart, although i'm not one to brag!

I think it might be a case of going to the next one in a completely bog standard car and just doing my best again. (And of course hope the S2k doesn't enter again!!)

Oh do come on! Stu's comment warrants a little more than that response. This is no place for modesty. :)

I for one haven't a clue who you are so why not just put us out of our misery and tell all, or even some? :D
Handle every stressful situation like a dog. If you can't eat it or hump it, piss on it and walk away!
