Great write up Logan and excellent times from B3, as always.

My day was pretty crap but I have a list of excuses longer than Stu's arm :D but I managed to snatch 3rd (in a class of 3)

I almost didn't go. I think I've pulled a muscle or strained something whilst helping my daughter move house on Friday & Saturday. Saturday night I had an excrutiating pain in my right side, got very little sleep and gave up trying and got up at 4:00 Fortunately, with moving about, it began to ease and only hurt when I laughed. Most painfull part of the day was lunch time. Sitting around with Stu, Andy, Logan, Ben, Richard(Ren), his mate, listening to police stories from Richard Grimes and general banter was exceedingly painful, but great :D

Having had the car finally mapped on Thursday, it now has more power than I can handle and I need to get some practice with it. The soft Yoko A048s felt quite unpredictable and the gritty track didn't help very much.

All in all a superb day with never a dull moment. A fantastic bunch of people all up for a laugh, diving in to help if needed and willing to share experiences ad advice.

For D8, Richard Grimes is this year's Mike Blackmore whilst Mike has moved the goalposts out of sight. :o

Well done everyone and thanks for making an otherwise disappointing day a great one. :D

Monster difference. It feels like it must be high 400s. I'll try and get it on some rollers as soon as I get a chance.

Next is get rid of some weight to help the handling.

great course with some testing corners that are blind, i also had a really good day although frustrating at the same time due to going toooo fast and not on the brakes early enough 3 out of 4 laps where ruined with silly mistakes ( must try harder and resist the right foot a little)
4th and final run was taken carefully just to get a time in and i managed a 5th in class, i know i could go quicker but im sure everyone thinks the same
the old sti felt great though and very pleasing through the twisty bits

as ever good company and its what makes a good day great :thumb:

only downers on the day was john and andys off's but no harm to pilots
