Whats your thoughts then Trevor?? Would you not be best to stick with it till the end of the season then change it/break it if you really want to get rid of it??
Looks like from a bit of reading on the MLR my actuator has had it! Few tests to try but the symtoms are similar to lots of other peoples, more money :roll:

thats the trouble with these bloody cars constant money needed to keep them going. actuator shouldn't be to expensive though should it, are they easy enough to get to, or do you have to rip half engine bay apart to get to it ?
also im not 100% about stripping the impreza, just a thought at the moment, it will be a shame to do it as its running lovely at the moment but if i can get 2k+ more for it this way then so be it

to be honest gerry im not going to be able to get what i want for it selling in a complete car i done a quick list and was shocked what i could get selling the bits of reasonably priced, i could take it back to standardish apart from the engine i suppose,
