Hey, what's all this about.

I'm out and about. Funny how these things go <shrug> so don't put off until tomorrow something you want to do today!

Also, if you have had angina (fixed) previously, don't try to move 7 tons of hardcore in one go, let someone else do it!

I've been banned (by Jase, Mark & Tracy) from going into work for the foreseeable future, but I'll be doing a few bits in the background quietly just to keep at least my mind busy.

Great to hear you're out and about fella

Get yourself a stressfree hobbie or make time for you every week. After my brief meeting with the grimreaper a few years back I started to landscape my garden, initially because it had to be done :roll: Now I find that it is the only time when my mind is clear of all worries and I feel at total peace.

Oh and if you have kids sell them :lol:
