Thanks guys once the build starts we will be taking plenty of pics.
Oh yes it's a 2.9 24v BOB engine, baffled sump, low comp pistons, plus more, apparently it will be able to rev to over 7000rpm but we will see.

We're looking at september for the engine to go in as there are other things that will need to be done as well such as brakes and suspension upgrades. We would love to have it in for August as we have Ford Fair at silverstone, the first weekend then TA Brands Hatch, then RS National day Rockingham the following weekend but this just isn't possible :(

Will just be happy with mid table finishes, will have to get to car on track as even the gearbox will have to be changed, but as you said it's a great opportunity for us, a once in a life time opportunity :grin:
