tell me about it, i phoned up subaru central on monday to tell them the pump they sent me is not working right,he said he will get one that he was testing out to me for the next day.
now thursday, and i have still not recived anything. lookis like it is going to be tomorrow or sat now.
still think to my self that i should just of brought a recon one in the first place

That's quite a catalogue of bad luck.
I've had a few bits from Scoobybits with no problems. I did get a complete manifold from them once and when it arrived the wiring loom and fuel pipes had been cut through. When I phoned to tell Jase who just said sorry, I'll send another, which he did.

any other way i can test the rack out?
when the engine is running (car is parked) i am getting a good flow in the pas header tank from the return pipe.
when on full lock, the flow stops, and you get the noise from the pas like normal
but when the engine heats up, the flow from the pas header return pipe as a dribble, and if you rev the engine the flow returns for a little bit and so does the pas.
i have fully changed the fluid, i have unbolted the lines from the rack and forced out the old fluid by going lock to lock (engine not running)
have tried different fluids, dexron III, not have drxron II in
