Abingdon Round 3
was a shame about not getting any vid of the wagon but gerry was in the other group and doing the different course to us , then we switched courses after lunch
it certainly made a difference with suspension that actually worked
very happy now with how the car feels and minimal understeer

Awesome day out at Abingdon with weather and company on top form. Great show from all the BP crew. It's a shame Andy (ESL) couldn't make it down, i'm sure he could have pulled something out of the bag even if he had come down in his drift machine. Talking of drifting, Trev put on a great show for all of the spectators and the video looks brilliant! The only shot of me though is when i went around the chicane in 3rd  although the time on the board for that practice was 45 seconds.
I'm looking forward to seeing Gerry's uber-wagon going even faster next weekend. Roll on Lydden.
Thanks to all for a great day out, I'm off to put some more aftersun.

Oh dear oh dear Gerry :!:Gerry H wrote:Stu, ever considered a career in the diplomatic service? You've completely disarmed my little wind up for the Evo boys
I will bite at the Evo comments, being a person who has tried to pilot bothe the Subaru and the Evo I would have to say that i reckon I could be just as quick in the Subaru from the times I was getting last year in my Impreza, the Evo is a veery capable car and I feel its less twitchy/edgy than the Impreza, but I reckon no less quicker than the Evo 6, no idea about the 9 as Kim's has mega fancy diffs
