)

Spec not important so long as it works and has 2 usb connections.

Just need for logging/mapping - I will load a fresh version of XP on it.

I've got an old Gateway LT, battery is knackered so needs to be run from a 240V inverter

Try it, make sure it fits your needs and make me an offer, just remembered it does have a problem with the touch pad, so you have to use a mouse with it, I did buy a second pad off ebay and that didn't work, so suspect the problem to be on the MB, so I won't be wanting much for it.

This might cause you a problem if you need 2 USB ports, it has 2, but 1 will be needed for the mouse, unless you use a usb hub.

No problem, it's there if you want it, and to be honest I don't want anything for it, it's of no use to me anymore and I'd rather see someone use it that sat on my shelf.

I did use to play with the VAG_COM on my old VW Bora, and it was a bit of a handful in the car (it's also got a big screen).

I've got my old laptop, it's a Patriot I got from PC World. Touch pad works fine, quite small and has 4 usb ports. I did have someone ask about it, but if you want it Dunk. Say
