indicators not working

indicators not working

its not the fuse I have checked that :D anyone got any other ideas and how to locate the issue?

anyone know where the relay is?

The relay is under the dash in the same vicinity as the clutch and brake switches just above the pedals. Look above the Clutch/Brake pedal you should see a black connector which has the Turn & Hazard light Module (Relay) plugged into it.

It's a pity the indicators aren't working, you could hear it clicking away then to locate it easily. Have you tried the Hazard switch so all indicators come on and off as it's all on the same circuit.

See pic below - connector B32 is the connector you're looking for in the grayed out box. The illustration is form a left hand drive STi so you should be able to work it out from there.

Dunc, MAKE SURE THE MULTIPLUG HASNT COME OUT OF THE HAZZARD WARNING SWITCH. THE INDICATORS WILL NOT WORK IF THIS HAS BEEN UNPLUGGED.

Cheers chaps - will try it out.

Hazards dont work either (nor the remote locking flashing of the indicators)

Sorted.

No idea how I did it but the indicators just starting working again :D

The fuse for the hazards had blown though :lol:

Bloody oil :pmsl:

I bet you're glad now you didn't have to fiddle around under the dash :D
