many thanks for all your very kind comments :D .Do have a small problem to solvein terms of how to put the cat back on for its mot in sept as cant just bolt it back on :cry.

I would also like to state for the record that although my new motor in the right hands will be very quick on the track dont expect miracles where im concerned as ive bought it so I can gradually get quicker on the track without worrying about the car etc.

Torn whether to take it to hopton this weekend or just take the diesel as its a 300 mile round trip. Heart says scoob  head says diesel  .

Why can't the cat be put back on?

Mine's a 3 piece with flanges on the centre section. MOT time it's just replace the centre for a catted OE.

Just read your spec. Revolution just unbolts at the down pipe flange and will take OE centtre with any flanged back box, even OE.

Gerry thanks wasnt sure as neil had said couldnt put the cat back on. Ive left a message for Zak to give me a quick call just to make sure all I need to do is set the boost to zero and put the cat back on for the emissions test. Ive a few months to sort it so not panicking just like to be prepared.

No need to worry about boost as there won't be any at the fast idle test.

All I ever do is swap the centre for OE cat and it passes.

Nice example. Love the wheels on the silver Scoob though, what are they?
