Microsoft Outlook HELP !!

Post by George @ DCY »

Anyone out there any good with this stupid, un-instructioned, daft option tabbed fookin thing ?

I can do my sigs ok and set them so every mail I send will have the sig. Good ehh

What I cannot do is change background the colour, I can change it on an email but not get it so every mail will be a certian colour. Wanting it to match my website you see

And when I insert an image in my sig, it will only show it as a red x when I go to type an email, can this be sorted or will I have to stick an image in every time,

I am wanting to put this one in.
And set background to the background colour on image too.

Any help guys......

Yes, the only way to make it do colour's etc is to set it to create HTML emails .. BUT ... you may see them in lovely colour but if the recipient doesn't read email in HTML format - they'll just see a stock looking email.

Right, so if I had it black with white text, they will proberbly see nothing!

Best to work it on a blank mail then. Whats the best setting to have it on HTML, rich or plain ???

My sig has my web address in and I'd like to add the above image, I will change background colour to white.

Cheers Ben.
