Regs arrived this morning. We should all have them so get them off quickly as this event fills up overnight.

Two separate sprint courses. One in the morning and one in the afternoon. Best time from both is added and is your final time.

Me! Can we make a point of putting JISC and HCC on the forms in the champs section to try and get the message across to the event organisers that we are likely to turn up en masse?

As Gerry says, get these forms off quickly as this is one of the rounds that fills up very quickly.

One problem.

This is a charity fund raising event. Last year the mandatory donation was included in the entry fee. This year, they need a separate cheque for the donation but don't say who to make it payable to. I've tried phoning the organiser but no answer. I'll send an email with the question and post the reply.

It doesn't have to be separate but if you want to (for tax reasons or if it is coming from a different account) it should still be made payable to Abingdon Mororsport CAR-nival.
