Yes Gerry..... (as i sit here with streams of tears running down my face from the madness that is Impreza Re-Loom).
There are some differences in the wiring loom. Main connectors from the rear wagon loom are different to the 4dr v.7 Sti.
There are rear wash wipe and rear qtr panel defrosters to think about plus front fog lights. I may have to strip the old wring loom just to get the extra wires to make it all work. So much for trying to recoup some money back by selling my old loom.
It's all so complex as well and what a twat to get to some of these wires. Everything has got to be stripped out and then only to have to put it all back again. Fecking nightmare!! Engine rebuilds and extration/transplant is easier than this wiring lark!!
I keep wondering if i made a mistake and should have gone a different route. I suppose at the end of it i'll be as intimate with my car as i am with my willy!!
