You can apply for your licence on the day. But you'll need to take the completed application form (downloadable from MSA site) with photo & cheque for the correct amount.

You'll still need to apply for an entry beforehand afaik.

Better to be safe and check with the organiser first. I'll PM contact nos. to you now
