I spoke to Gary shortly after this happened. The car is damaged at both the front and rear. It sounds like its damaged front wing/bonnet/bumper/carbon splitter and the rear quarter/bootlid etc, in terms of panel damage.

I think it sounds as though its pretty bad.

He sounded in quite good spirits, but of course it will probably set in when they get back. :(

Really bad news, but glad Gary is not hurt.

Such a shame after all the hard work that has gone into preparing the car :(

Very sad to read this. Thankfully it sounds like Gary is ok. Shame about the car but it could have been worse.
I may be getting older but I REFUSE to grow up :D

Saw his rig this afternoon going north on the A11 towards Elvedon. From the quick glance, as I was headed the other way, the car didn't look too bad. Hope it isn't.
