I have never ever heard of running in forged motors on Semi :? . Some say use it as an intermediate oil before swithching to fully syn for a few thousand miles. I have always prefered semi over fully syn. But thats a whole new subject.mirage wrote:i have already driven myslef mad with this whole project, i just dont understand why opie would reccomond the wrong oil.

I would probably say that you have done no harm in doing some research but unless you want to go down the route of winding yourself up with each and every step, find someone you trust, build a great relationship with them and build mutual respect.mirage wrote:i have already driven myslef mad with this whole project, i just dont understand why opie would reccomond the wrong oil.
