i can't see me getting away all year without a trackday in the pouring rain so was looking to get a set of wet tyres ,
looking at 205 /50/15 any info will be much appreciated .

Secondhand race wets will have lost their sharp edges and with it a lot of their performance.

On a budget you could do worse than Marangoni Zeta Linea from Camskill.

Have been v.good on the road and I'll see how they perform in the wet in tomorrow's sprint...

Uniroyal rainsport....Not cheap but excellant in the wet. We ran these last year at the rs show at rockingham to good effect :grin:

I don't know what Toyo's would be like for you but i found them about the best tyres i have ever used in the wet and i've been using them for the last 3yrs.

Camskill do an excellent deal on those and will not be beaten on price!!
Buggers cancelled my op just a couple of days before it was due. Inconsiderate barstewards!! :rant:

I assume you are after road tyres rather than a wet track type tyre. In which case I've found both Toyo T1R and Goodyear F1 fantastic. I had F1's on the Accord Type R at a wet Oulton and they provided plenty of confidence and grip.
