hi guys a massive thanks for all your comments its been a stressfull last couple of days

pablo has given you a breff out lay of things but that has only covered the tip of the ice burg of things

incident 1 lasted a hour and half and oxygen sats went down to 82% this is border line level to becoming unconcius and because of the saverity of the astma they have they need CPR to keep them alive so i had to keep talking the them to stay consius and the only thing i could think of was the car and the time attack.
once all was done i myself then went into shock and that was horrible i got all disuriantated.

incident 2 today lasted 2 hours again i had to do the same but this time they did pass out but only for a couple of seconds with alot of shouting they came round thankfully, i was nealing infront of them when they passed out on my shoulder i was holding them up but there brakes wernt on the wheel chair and rolled back increasing there body preasure to about double and got my finger trapped in the proses.

it does not matter how much staff training you have but when it comes down to the real thing nothing in the world can prepare you for it you just have to get on with it.

when pablo used to be my boss at work he always drummed it into us all how important it is to know who your customers are and get a good rapore with them and thats something i have carreid on with my staff and its worth its weight in gold.
