How old are the Carbs?
You might want to check the sealing washers on the ends of the butterfly shafts, they have a tendency to leak and cause your mixture to vary.
I think they are made from leather??
It was a long while ago tho, things have probably changed :?

Well I have decided I am admitting defeat, you cannot tune carbs on your driveway!!!!!
I'm going to have to go and see an expert.
Have spent evening balancing them and adjusting them correctly but she is still juddering when you drive it. ](*,) I have sorted the idling issue she will now idle happily at about 1000rpm but cannot seem to sort the juddering when driving.
I have no way of knowing if underfuelling, overfuelling, needs new jets, emulsion tubes, whether the regulator works as don't have the tools to test any of this.
I am unsure if she will make the meet on Wednesday (again)
although may get her to crawl over there just to show her who's boss. :-D
