fairly odd noise

I have a very wierd noise coming from my pulleys,

it sounds like there is something rattleing around/scraping and little bits of metal dust have started to appear,

what do you guys reckon this could be ?

I can have a look on Tuesday morning for you. Cost depends on how long it takes to find the problem. You know i always look after you anyway, plus you need to help get that new laptop working so i am sure we can do a deal.
