Damson 1997 S14a lots of mods

Time to sell one of my 200s with Timeattack costing me a fortune i cant justify having two S14s.
So here goes:

Damson 1997 P-reg S14a Touring
87600 miles
MOT December 08
Tax November 08
Black leather interior

I have had the car for 4 years and was standard when i bought it. It has been fed a strict diet of high octane fuel and 10w/50 PRO S oil every 3000 miles.
I have done several trackdays with the car and it has never let me down.
No vvt rattle and has been well looked after.
The car has been looked after by DCMS and has just had a full service including gearbox oil and diff oil.
Brand new 50 amp battery fitted last week
Now includes recaro speed seat in black

The front bumper wants painting and the alloys could do with a refirb.
There is the odd scratch and carpark dent but no rust.
Turbo gaskets have been done and braided oil and water lines fitted.
