Part Used R888's - 235/45/17

Post by duncan »

Is this size any good to anyone if the price is right?

Working out whether to stretch the 888's used in TA over several events or not....

Does anyone here use this size?

Bugger! I would have bought these rather than the Bridgestone's I bought from you, if they had been advertised. :( 8)

What width rim do you use them on Dunc?

I have all arches rolled on the STi4 now, which is required for 225/45-16 at normal offset. My Rotas 17's (7" width I think) normally take 215/40. 235 would be too wide for them I think.

Not sure how a classic Impreza would be on tyres that wide...

Yep.

Trying to see if there is a demand for good second hand ones rather than ones that are almost down to the carcass.
