I don't rate them, they feel spongey, no bite. I keep prattling on about the Mintex F4R but the couple of occasions I used them, they seemed perfect, if a little sparkly, or so I'm told. I can get them made but they'll take 6 weeks.

Right, this is the tyre I am on about, Yoko Advan Neova AD07's. Issue is where to buy them from in the UK :? :? :?

They are meant to be very good in the dry from what I have read

I just read that, looks a really good tyre. It reckons -10 max cold so that should work pretty well here as it doesn't get that cold very often and snow is a bit of a rarity too.

Hmmm....could possibly temp me away from the Toyo's if your report is really positive :thumb:
Buggers cancelled my op just a couple of days before it was due. Inconsiderate barstewards!!

Waiting now for another execution date!!:headhack:

I'm still on REO50A - no difference I can tell between them and the directional REO50. Dir pattern should be better in wet though - my wet Goodwood FTD was on dir tyre.

I also have F1 Asymmetric on a set of rims which I will try at Shakedown.

Also booked in to NWeald on 16th and entering Lydden on 29th. AllC regs should be out soon. Lydden regs on website already.

So Lydden for points or Hethel practice for later in the year?
