I'd say yours is about right, high 11's is good on a forged motor. 12 would be the limit IMHO, 12.3 for max power and 12.5 is just wrong and will cause soaring EGTs and exhaust valve death.
Managed to show a 400bhp Evo a clean set of heels round the Sprint course on Sunday when i wasn't going sideways and backwards, or fixing my IC pipe back on :x
