I think he doesn't have a pc anymore - so his comms are only when he gets to the library - and as that involves a big building full of knowledge - it does not happen often

- plus he's always at the gym now.

Pmsl. I have certainly been keeping a low profile on here. I feel i would contribute little on here these days.

the gym is certainly taking up a lot of my time. I see wayne aka mad monk in my gym often. Tbh i wanted to loose more weight before attending the next meet. Its nice to know i am not forgotten. Lol. I will try harder for the next meet too. Cheers guys.

Well i have lost 20lbs so far! After seeing that picture of me at Marham in september where i looked like i had swallowed my crash helmet, i thought enough was enough! Now doing circuits with a free weights program. This will now give me "definition" aswell as my cv ( cardio vascular ) training helping the fat burning side of things. Absolutely loving it. I live on rice, baked beans, tuna and sweetcorn these days. And thats Not easy being a chef! Lol

Tell me about it! I dont go out that much. But at least i am not drinking up to 8 cans of coke like i used too! Lol. Hopefully see you all at the next meet.

Yes,
Saw Slim Jim a couple of weeks ago. He has lost loads of weight.
He likes it at the Gym. Lots to see i think!
