No GT3 / CSL would ever pass that on a drive by.

Mine was 103db drive by but will get a bung for it for the next trip over just to be safe.

Anyone wanting help quitening their exhaust system, give me a shout. I have lots of boxes in stock that can be added or used to replace existing boxes to get the levels down and pipework for any mods that need to be done. I can also get special boxes made up.
