Thanks for the welcome

now I just need to come to a track day.

Forgot to add I also have a full F1 tyre pessure system aswell so I can keep an eye on the pressures and temps when throwing it around.

The display between the gauges is a bit small but I can fit a bigger one when I need it.

I can set it up to warn me if the pressures get to low/high, if the temps get to high and of coarse if I get a puncture.

It can also log what happens on a laptop so I can see what how the tyres changed during a trck session.

Welcome aboard.

Another refugee from Wickford eh? What a small world :)

Bora is pretty cool and the Golf more so. (There are a few VW fans on here)

Enjoy the site and keep us updated :thumb:

Hi Stuart,

So being around the same age as me and into your cars, was you one of the Wickford Somerfeilds car park boys ?

How long ago did you leave and what did you drive then ?

sorry for all the questions, but I might know you or know of you.

And as Mark says, who is still there ?

I'm afraid the only time I went to Somerfields was to pick the Mrs up from shopping :)

I left Wickford in '98 and the car of choice at that time was my Diablo red 306. Pretty bloody slow in truth but I loved it all the same :D

We have a guy called Matt who still lives in Wickford. Drives a collection of very nice Toyotas

Ahh, not really a car that would of stood out. I think my most memerable car when I was in Wickford was a Black Y reg Escort RS1600i.
But I did also have a Moonstone Blue 3dr Cossie and a Black Corrado G60.
