I cant say i can decide on either. Ive always been a PS guy. However all the lads at work rave about COD on the 360 etc.

I guess id need a new telly etc too lol

That's what you think Ben :D

If you don't have a HD television Frayz you should invest in one first. Only my opinion, but there is no point trying to get cutting edge graphics through a 14" portable. (Exaggerating but I'm sure you get my point)

The 360 is the online games machine of choice but brace yourself for a shelf life shorter than fresh milk.

What do you mean by short shelf life Stu?

As in all sold out etc?

Or the unit will be updated soon?

The 360 console has been dogged by hardware failures. The motherboard has design issues as does the design of the tray. These issues are supposedly addressed in the newer elite version. My opinions are my own in this respect, nothing endorsed or approved by anyone official :-#

The console is unlikely to be replaced any time soon and the failures are experienced more regularly than they should be, are still within acceptable levels according to those that know. I suppose that last bit is debatable subject to whether you have had one or more, expire or not.

My advice-
Buy the telly, then weigh up what games you want to play. If you want to play online, weigh up what your mates are playing too. Your decision should be simple by then.
