Street Class????
I think this is a simple one really.
the question is:
Why was this club set up?? And I am damn sure it wasn't for peeps to just blow smoke up each others butts as to how nice each others cars looks, what mods they have done.
Its mainly about people who like to enjoy using their car behond what you can do on a public road, whether it be track, sprints, rallyiing, drifting etc.
I like reading about the varied amount of cars and varied events that people partake in, not how shiny someones hoses are etc etc. Whether its a 1000bhp skyline ofr a more standard car then it doesn't matter, its how its used thats the core value on here I think.

I like this idea, it could be a simple as road legal car 500bhp - bronze, 750 bhp - silver, 1000bhp - gold (obviously backed up by dyno prinouts)sidewaysfletch wrote:this may be a different spin on this but is mark on about the fact of big bhp whilst the car remaining road legal
still gets used on track etc but is still driven everyday as such, i think 750 bhp plus is pretty impressive acheivement
to remain drivable on the road , therefore it's asleep on the street :-D 1000 bhp + = gold badge
cheers

It wouldn't just be for people who don't go on track, but anyone who drives ther powerful car to events rather than trailering them everywhere
Perhaps 'steet sleeper' is the wrong wording though. :?:
I think having a badge for street class is totally against the ethos of this club, which is on responsible enthusiasts driving on various forms of track, be it on trackdays or more competitive events.
"street class" just brings up too many nasty connotations for me, because lets face it we get enough hassle for just driving our cars sensibly on the roads. I would feel ashamed to wear a BigPower sticker on my car if this sort of thing was allowed
keep it on the track, preferably sticky side down
