after taking my e36 out on track i am now after some weight loss i have removed the interior and also the sunroof

but was wondering what else is avalible to do :?: i reckon the germans must have be able to get a subsidy on wire

it's everywhere :roll: i have a disc cutter. angle grinder .gas bottles, hole saw ready and waiting but thought i

had better ask first as this could get messy :D

Bumpers and their support brackets. Once the safety stuff has been removed you can save anything up to 40kgs here

Headlights and associated gubbins. 10kgs

Heater matrix. If you are determined you can easily lose 20kgs.

Door skins and roof skin. On something like an E36 2 door I reckon you could save 15kgs.

Glass. Replacing your door glass with polycarbonate/macrolon will save another 30kgs easily

Body panels. Replacing the bonnet will save loads. I'm sure the 325's used a steel bonnet which would weigh a tonne (metaphorically) Say 20kgs.

That's 135kgs and I'm sure I've been conservative.
