When did our real names start appearing under our avatars?

Yeah great idea just search on the net under my name and the town where i live and you now know what car i have and where it parked

You could just change your name in your profile and problem solved. There is no location in your profile so they would nto get that information from here.

I have removed the surnames from this to avoid any 'issues' - sorry for any problems guys :oops:

I hadn't considered that but surely if using name and home town on a google search yielded results then it would do it from the profile page anyway?

I just tried it and got no results.

Perhaps surnames should only be viewable by members?
