Volvo 850 T5R question......

I have heard that the T5R has an uber strong gearbox. Does anyone know if this is true?

How uber are you looking for? 400lb torque seemed doable but I'm not sure how much more.

I had heard that there is a Volvo 'box that the FWD European drag cars use as its supposed to be bomb-proof.

However, 400lb would be sufficient. :-D

i think everything on an 850 T5R and 850R are strong...including the gearbox :-D
