Heat wrapping

Post by Rob_B »

Yesterday Mattie and I successfully heat wrapped my manifold, turbo elbow, downpipe and decat pipe..all completed in 4.5hours...which i thought wasn't bad

the cars under bonnet temperatures have dropped amazingly :o

and most importantly...lol..the flames coming out the back are huge :-D

i didn't think i would like the look of the heat wrap on the manifold..however the more i look at it, the more i like it..

in a way yes, it keeps the heat in the exhaust so there is more chance of lighting up the unbernt fuel.
