I have been wanting to make some of these for a while now and finally got round to it this week.

1: get some ear defenders.
I chose some Peltor Optime II for

looks like you need a t piece and another bit of pipe and you can get det in stereo!!

got one gary - just didnt fit it because it made it difficult to turn my head whilst driving :whistle:

You will see that the hole is drilled in the ear piece.

the joys of mapping on road.....

having in both ears makes it best better as you can hear it clearer

Couldn't you just stick a single 'in ear' headphone in the hole so you can listen to your favourite tunes while mapping. :D

I want to see a picture of you using these, you just need and apache HUD on one eye and a helmet to complete the look.
