mounting a 32" LCD

Post by Hugh Janus »

i want to mount my 32" LCD on the wall as its only used for my PS3 and it kinda in the way sat on a table, our house is a new build so i can't just whack a mounting bracket on the wall as it won't take it, has anyone done anything like this specifically in a new build with paper thin walls

if its an internal plasterboarded stud wall you need to find the timbers which are normaly 600mm or 400mm centres pending on what company buit them  if its plaster board stuck on block work (dot&dab) you will just need longer fixings to go through the plaster board and into the block work behind and if all else fails get some plaster board fixing the metal worms not the plastic ones and hope for the best
