It seems to think that Wisbech is 10 miles west of where it really is :?

Be good if we could have one of thesse maps showing circuits and event venues. Circuits, airfields, sprint & hill-climb venues, that sort of thing.

Some of the lesser known places aren't too easy to find.

Do what i did and put all UK circuits into Googlearth, save them as favourites with pushpins for each location and you not only have a cracking looking map but a great ariel picture of the circuit.

The cool thing is if you have the circuit blown up big enough you can see all the dark lines around the circuit that cars make when entering/exiting corners so you can see the ideal line!! Cheating i know but what the hell :thumb:
Buggers cancelled my op just a couple of days before it was due. Inconsiderate barstewards!!

So can/will you make it available to the rest of us?

To go a step further, there could be separate threads in the events section with a short write up on each venue, as and when anyone goes there, with not only the usual track info but also venue info like:
How easy it is to find.
Paddock facilities.
Covered area/shelter/open
Food Hot/cold drinks.
Toilet/ Hot & cold water, soap, towels.
Water
Air
Fuel
etc.

Some of the smaller venues have limited access and facilities so, for a first time visitor, you have some knowledge of what to expect.

Could do Dunk, or you could, as you're coming to North Weald this Sunday? Aren't you? :D
