Hi from the Autobahnstormers!

Hi there

I'm the webmaster of the Autobahnstormers Car Club (6-cyl rear drive Vauxhalls and Opels)

We were a major part of the RAF Marham track day event just gone (2nd Sept) - I know some of you were there

Just thought I'd say Hi and share some pictures. I'll post some in the relevant thread on here

I was the one with the white Vauxhall Senator with the flames down the side 8)

Hi Matt and welcome to BP.

I missed the Sunday action at Marham but there was plenty to be had on Saturday :D

Thanks mate, that's just made my day!

Still looking for one certain video, where I managed to drift all 3 of the corners of the pit chicane perfectly - nobody seems to have caught it on vid as far as I can tell.....

I have only been on the ABS forum for about 2 years and I have 5000 odd posts so far  and that's with pruning the main forums from time to time reducing my post count by 300 odd every time! (I am the webmaster though so I have an excuse for such behaviour!)

But I'm not the original post whore of that forum and I never will be - Ian Marsh has that title with over 10,000 posts and posting more per day than I do!

I would love to, in fact it's partly the reason why I have shown my face on here too - It would seem that you guys have a fair amound of practical days out on the track, and I want to get onto some drifting days for sure!

I need to rebuild my car first though, but that shouldn't be too long now - it's almost finished, so I just need to collect it on a trailor, change a few gaskets on the engine, then refit the engine, rear axle and interior, then MOT it and tax it! I'll put up a thread on my car sometime soon for people who are interested.

Welcome to BP :thumb:
Unfortunately the only drifting i do is when my arse comes of my MTB and slides down a muddy bank. ;)
Buggers cancelled my op just a couple of days before it was due. Inconsiderate barstewards!!
