Right then boys and girls just a quiet reminder... entries for this event close in one weeks time so get your applications in the post soon!

Entries include a handful of interesting, high power tin tops that should be setting a quick pace. Gerry will be pleased to know that none of them are in his class, they will be competing in class E9 which might give you a little clue as to what they are...

E9 eh! Could be anything :o So long as the entry for D8 stays below two I'm happy :D

Hope you have my entry Spence, 'coz I have your race suit and helmet. :-D

Yes, I have your entry Gerry, I think I dropped the acknowledgement in the post yesterday. I hope the trusty JISC backup overalls haven't been too peppered since I last used them :o

Not many single seaters entered this one so far, so the E9 entries stand a good chance of FTD. But the BP sprint team are gonna have their work cut out - evo Kim and scooby Mike have both entered!

But Andy, being North Weald, and Harrow CC, this is like a "home" event to you. And according to monotonic brummie windbag Nigel Mansell :-{ , that's worth up to 4 seconds a lap. Add a flamer kit (got to be worth another 1.5secs/lap) you should be aiming for FTD!

The venue opens at around 7:15am but nothing much happens for the first hour and a half (during which time scrutineering, signing on and course layout are taking place)

Somewhere around 8:45 competitors will be walking the course, then somewhere between 9am and 9:30am there will be briefings and convoy runs. Practice will start somewhere between 9:30am and 10am, then we'll keep doing runs until we run out of time / get bored etc. with a 30 min break somewhere in the middle for lunch.

I'll send out car passes, maps etc. to you Stuart.
