This is another task i have made time for this week. I am fed up with using insulating tape, so i am gonna get some sellophane. I can cut it to the shape of my front and rear lights and it will laminate them in theory ( rather like the front windscreen ) it will also make the car look better in any action shots ;-) :-D

Yes that was memaff wrote:Make sure you wax your car first, thatll make life easier, i think it was bubble that made a gaffa tape car bra, hed know what it was like to remove.

I gave it two coates of wax before the gaffa tape was applied. It did leave some glue residue in a few places, but with some "Glue & Tar" remover, it comes straight off. It was well worth the effort to save getting all those stone chips

I deal with a company through my work. They do a protective film that will cover the front of your car. If you give him the model of your car, it will then be cut into a template and ready to go straight on.
If anyone is interested go to: http://www.signsandprinting.co.uk his name is Jason.
If you mention my name (Steve) from WRG. He might even do a good deal.
