There's not much tyre bead left in that part of the wheel so trying to drive it and you could be in for a very rapid deflation.
Also, the tyre took the impact with the kerb so that'll definitely be fooked. And, if that isn't enough, if the police see it, you'll be fooked too.
Throw it away and start again. Get the geometry checked pronto.

if you need a set of wheels, im just about to put these up for sale. 2 of the tyres imo would need replacing as they have worn on the inside edge, and the wheels do need a refurb.
