Dog pix

Post by Gerry H »

Whilst I'm fiddling with Photobucket, I thought I'd share a few dog pix from over the years.

I've not been a car nut all the time, just a nut.

No, that was my life before the Scooby. I only have the brown one now, lost the black 3 1/2 years ago. Broke my heart and still can't get over it  I then decided not to have any more. The white & black belonged to a friend.

A car's a car but those dogs are better than people.

They do have that look about them, especially the way they amble along.

If you're ever in danger of drowning, one of these swimming towards you is the best thing you could imagine.

It was my ex who insisted on getting dogs, I didn't want any. A Retriever first, then when we moved to a bigger place, she decided we should have a bigger dog  Fortunately I chose which breed and went for Newfoundland. She soon lost interest and I took over with the swimming and training etc. Eventually she said, either those dogs go or I do :D

I asked her to close the door quietly on the way out so's not to disturb the dogs. 8)

They are magnificent Gerry. A wonderful breed and I would love to have one at some time.
