sure, but i wouldnt advise any shirts off heroics... it may hurt less than paintball but it still stings :D Been again this month, great fun, if a little like hard work for those of us that drive desks for a living.

They do it most weekends next to my work in the old barracks at RAF Upwood near Ramsey might be of interest as your profile says cambs DaOne!!!
