Houdini singing in..

Post by Houdini »

Hi All,

Just joined tonight and will hopefully see many of you tomorrow at the meet at Snetterton.

Tomorrow will represent a bit of a proving ground for me as my car has been slightly changed again recently and as I'm in the neck of the woods it would be churlish of me not to take advantage of a chance to throw my car round Snetterton.

Duncan and I have almost met. Indeed I spent time watching him drive Cadwell recently whilst I sat glumly on the sidelines. I'm an interloper from the WR1OC where, to be honest, I was hoping to drive Cadwell but sadly there were are a couple of problems en route. Tomorrow's meet therefore represents a good chance to do one of the few UK tracks I don't know plus say hello.

I do have a slightly unusual car. I run a Litchfield Type 25, which is based on a JDM Scoob. Mine is the first build on the latest build run which has now apparently ended. The net result as at 3rd August is a dyno stat of 416BHP and 440 ft/lb at ambient air intake of 27 degrees, with max power available at 4K revs to the red ine at 8K.

The car is used too much whilst I struggle to use my wife's scoob for longer journeys but the smiles make up for it. No track photos but here's a couple off-track...

Welcome Houdini - glad to see you take the short hop over here :)

It will be interesting having a good look around your car. What turbo do you have on that as part of the T25 package?
