To cage or not to cage.......
Oh, while on the soapbox
I'd be carefull how you post on Scobynet. Various disgruntled customers have had a pop at the clinic and been met with a barage of 'satisfied' customers who'll accuse you of being the guilty party. Then it all degenerates to the usual bout of name calling, accusations that you're gay etc. In fact the cattle market that is S/net.
Handle every stressful situation like a dog. If you can't eat it or hump it, piss on it and walk away!
If you've paid for next day delivery and it doesn't arrive, you're entitled to a refund of whatever the difference is between 24 and 48 hour service.blacky wrote:Yes, my thoughts exactly Gerry. I don't expect a miricale and a free cage etc, but I felt i needed to a least make my thoughts known!
I should have the cage tomorrow, if it doesn't arrive I will be back on to ScoobyClinic to give them hell!

Yup, thats why I decided not to go there....problem is ScoobyClinic are pretty big and I am sure the satisfied customers outweight the un-satisfied customers, and as you say, eveything on SN just degenerates if trying to be serious for 2 minutes!
As we say, you live and learn, I for one won't be racing to order parts from them again! maybe its a isolated incident but I have heard some seriously bad reports from there...
