I have to be honest pigs do pong a bit, but I prefer country smells to putting up with nosey neighbours....
And not only do horses eat all the grass down to the roots(grass seed please :x ), they'll eat the trees and bushes that surround where they are aswell. I only know cause before i moved to the city we had 6 horses and a whole gang of other animals and stuff and they were a full time job by themselves.

Update
We've had a few comings and goings. Nismo, God rest her soul, died of a shortage of breath a few months ago. She was hastily replaced with Lily and we have paired her up with Pinky in the least few weeks. Since then Tan has caved in again and bought a new pup. When you see these pictures, please bear in mind that I always said we would only have large dogs rather than those little yappy mo'fos. Say hello to Charlie

He is a 13 week old Llasa Apso (sp) and I have had to eat humble pie. He is a great addition to the clan and certainly a character.
Charlie joins 2 dogs, 3 cats, 2 horses, 2 pigs and 6 chickens (well, the Chickens are coming next week) We will be starting to produce our own meat and eggs with a view to becoming more self sufficient so expect to see some group buys on Pork nearer Christmas :thumb:

Ha ha ha ha Ben...the ewok was brilliant !!!
Small dogs are blooming clever too....our yorkshire terrier we had was 100 times smarter than our labrador was.
Nice addition to the clan..but dont take it for a walk in anywhere public mate (unless Tan is with you lol) !!!!!
