Had a cracking time, never done 1/4 mile before so was a bit aprhensive, especiallly as I've just
had a new gearbox and clutch fitted. The car ran well and I got a 14.5 so well pleased.
Cheers guys for a great evening. :thumb:

What a nite, First run was shocking 12.42@112mph. Think the nerves got to me I was still putting the windows up while selecting 4th gear. Second run got worse think someone removed the 2nd gear selector while cuing up 13.08@110mph.

Third run calmed nerves, tunes on the stereo and it all came together, although by then the tyre were shot 12.30@112mph. I knew they wouldn't last long as were on there last legs but a bit less stressful on the rear diff when launching on the low tread.

Shame it all ended so soon was going to slap my spare rims on for a final run and the nite was over!

All runs were with all my normal gear in spare wheel, jack the lot and half a tank of fuel as wanted to reference it to the way the car is normally.

There's a high 11second in the car with some new rubber i think!

Great nite whens the next one :?:

No one believed me when I said the Revett straight was downhill to the bridge. You tend to notice hills when you have crap brakes.

Awesome evening guys, Gerry you car rocks mate - really impressive seeing you shoot of the line.

My poor old skyline .. well I can recomend, do not fit Exedy Single clutches ..... especially when you've had an OS-Giken before! ... Even though I tried to be careful .. the blumming thing wouldn't work.

Nevermind, which take my OS-GIken to Gary for a rebuild quote and hopefully be back on a twin.

It was a really good surface to launch from much better than the pod.

Whos was the white car parked behind the mentalist skyline when it was doing a burnout? Bet their car look like a dalmation!

You had a chute car there? :o

Did he deploy?

I think its fair to say there's no half measures at BP meets!

D1 at Drift events

TA at Track Days

And now this!

Can't wait to see the times.
