Differences between the 3SFE and 3SGE listed here: http://www.babcox.com/editorial/ar/ar400108.htm

Take a look on your cam belt cover for the most 'obvious' sign:

Get over to the Snetterton Meet on the 18th, you can (hopefully) see what a tuned GT4 goes like. Have a chat an nosey around the cars ;-)

Yes Dan,
Tony knows his stuff and has a lovely GT4.
As he says, stage one is to improve breathing via a freeflow element or carefully selected induction system as not to suck in hot air from the engine bay and a good quality exhaust. You must also make sure the brakes are in good condition and upgrade if possible to suit your budget.
I agree also that the whiteline arb and angle set up will be really worth it. This could make more difference to lap times than adding more power!
Let me know if you want any prices ok.

I had a look but really cant see any markings on the cover, but the way its been running I would guess its a GE 8)
I would have come to the meet on the 18th but Im on holiday (bit of a bugger!) but will definately love to go out in the GT4 some other time buddy! (and obviously have a nosey at the other cars too!)
