so... tell us about the Lawnmower George ?
Well...the story goes something like this...
Believe it or not I used to be a bit of a shortarse at school compared to the lanky streak of piss that I am today. My parents have this lawnmower, which looks fairly innocuous, but is a bit of a weapon if it wants to be:

As you can see the handle is quite high, and I was quite short, so instead of pushing the mower along from above, I was pushing the handle from behind. As such, when it hit a bump or a stone, the mower would have a bit of trouble getting over it, and as such the back wheels would sometimes lift a little as it went along. You see where this is going....
The mower hit a stone or something as I was mowing the lawn and the front wheel got stuck on something so before I knew it the mower was tipping up and I got a view of this:

As you can imagine I tried to get out of the way, so I let go of the handle and tried to move away, but the mower dropped onto my knee and hit it with two of the four blades. The noise it made when it hit the bone in my leg was the same as when you run over a stone with the mower
As a result I have a weird set of scars on my knee:

I had 2 weeks off school as I couldn't walk, about 15 stitches and my leg in a brace for about a month afterwards.
I could myself very lucky as I could have really done some damage to my leg, but it's not given me any grief other than the bit of skin between the scars being numb and making me feel ill if anything touches it
