Surely the easiest way of 'firming' the event up is to book a date? Suz reckons you need 21 people minimum (which you have) so more people will just bring the price down anyway..........

IMHO I would pick a date and then everyone knows where they stand.......please don't ask 21 people to agree on a date :lol:

it will depend how soon i can get 35 names down.

as i said before, i aint booking nothing until i get enough names.

but i hope to do it either july or september ( august seems quite busy )

so september it is then.
