It was a really good day and it was great to meet Hannah and Scott. That was a great bit of improvised roadside repair!
Sadly the BM is for sale now to make way for other projects.
I look forward to the next one.

Hi Ben,
Yes that is Scott's old car, I bought it from him in May. It's the first chance I've had to use it on a track. It certainly shifts in a straight line, it's the corners I have to get the hang of!!

Escort ran better than I hoped but has a nasty glitch between 4k and 5k which I didn't expect as it was mapped and this was the first time out since then, I only changed the air box and ram pipes but I guess this must have made the difference. Gearing is silly 82 mph in second so new diff will be on order but I expected this. Sadly with the glitch and the gearing made the car very slow on some corners. Its so much fun driving I

Ian200sx...did you lose part of your exhaust on the track, I narrowly missed a section of exhaust near the entrance to the paddock and then followed a mk1 Escort in that I think was missing part of its exhaust.

I don't really see how I lost my exhaust how I did, its ripped the straps off, I'm just glad no one's car got damaged by it. Glad you missed it

I missed it as well!
The Javelin marshalls are very good at their jobs and are very well organised.
